Bianka Köben will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of full priced merchandise that meets the following details:
All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original packaging and tags attached. This includes underwear which has to also have it’s protective lining still in place. Panties cannot be returned or exchanged but bras can be with their tags on. Socks and tights cannot be returned or exchanged once taken out of their packets. Swimwear can only be returned if the protective linings are still in place and tags are still on.
Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Perfumes cannot be returned once their outer or plastic packaging has been opened. Make-up cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken. We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewellery only.
Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be charged if a return has been made using free shipping.
Exchanges can be processed for a new article or credit voucher valid for 1 year, and in this case shipping fees wont be charged if first ordered was placed using free shipping.
Shipping fees will be charged if a packet is sent back due to custom taxes. Please make sure to calculate likely custom chargess that might be applied to your order. This vary from one country to an other.
Shippmets in Switzerland are free from custom taxes.
Bianka Köben may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.
Your return request must be received within 14 days from the date you received your shipment to get a full refund, if a return is received after 30 days you will be able to receive only store credit.

Sale and promotional items over 25% off are eligible for exchange or a credit voucher only.
Items marked on Sale / Pre Loved / One of a Kind are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.
We recommend to use our chat, contact email, social media platforms, or even a telephone call to clarify any questions or doubts about sizing or materials before purchasing.
To process a return, please follow the following steps:
1.- Email email@example.com, including your name and order number to request a return’s form.
2.- Print and fill out the return label and place it with the items you wish to return. Our return mailing address is on the bottom of the form.
3.- Send the item back via any tracked mailing service you prefer. We wont be responsible of lost packets that do not reach our Wearhouse and therefore recommend you to use a tracked mailing service.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.
